Oral Sex as foreplay, The Tongue - What, When, Where

When it comes to giving good oral sex to a woman, you really need to know your shit, you can’t just go down on her and waggle your tongue around and expect things to be wonderful, there is a lot of skill and technique involved to giving good oral sex. 

Before we go any further we need to establish a few basics about the internal and the external anatomy of the vagina. If you have spent enough time working on her not so explicitly sexual areas; her vagina will be hot to the touch, sticky and nice and slick, her whole lower body will be warm, everything will have adequate blood flow, her labia and clitoris will be enlarged, maybe not so noticeably, but you will be able to tell just by her temperature. 

Ok, so you have your woman splayed in front of you in all her beautiful glory and you wonder where the fuck you should begin and how to go about it, so, listen up! 

When it comes to oral sex, you can use all sorts of things to accompany your mouth, and to be honest you will probably want to use at least your fingers within the session, but I can recommend using sex toys to enhance the experience, especially if your outcome is to make her orgasm during the oral intercourse and not using oral for the purpose of foreplay. 

So, let’s get real, the star of the show is going to be your tongue. There are a few different ways to use it during oral, I am going to go into real detail about what techniques to use and when to use them. 

I’m going to begin by telling you the techniques to use to create sensation, but not bring her to orgasm, think of these as your endurance techniques rather than your explosive ones. 

The first is to eat her clitoris as if you were eating ice cream from a cone, use your lips to curl round the edges so the cream won’t drip everywhere, lick as if you were licking all of the drips from around the edges, go at the same pace as you would if you were just casually eating an ice cream, include the inner labia for this as well. 

When you start actually licking her out you want to make sure you are still using your hands to stimulate the not so sexually explicit areas, keep your hands gently rimming the inner thighs and gently pressing on her lower stomach, you can get to using your fingers and toys later on when you want to build on the excitement and after you have generated plenty of blood flow to her vagina. 

The next technique focuses on the entrance to her vagina; however, most women do not experience direct stimulation from this alone and you will likely need to keep your fingers on her clitoris whilst you are doing this to keep the stimulation high, this technique coupled with massaging of the clitoris with the fingers is pure bliss. 

You will need to place your mouth at the entrance of her vagina, and you can use your tongue in a couple of different ways. You can either lick deep inside your woman, pointing your tongue and hooking it against the upper interior pelvic bone, this is close to the g-spot and will simulate penetrative sex. Imagine there is a strawberry shoelace horizontally placed just inside her vagina and you are trying to hook it out with your tongue. 

The second way to use your tongue on the entrance of her vagina is to flatten it out and lick over the entrance, not going so deep, or even not going in at all  and just focusing on the lower labia, this is an endurance lick rather than one that is likely to finish her off, lick from bottom to top, like you are licking a pain of glass. Another thing you can do is use your tongue in a circular motion, again, as if it was pressed up against a pain of glass.

As we discussed earlier, these techniques where your tongue is at the entrance to her vagina will probably involve using the fingers. 

Whilst you are licking your woman on the inside of her vagina move your fingers in a clockwise motion, in an approximately 1” diameter, as she gets more aroused you and actually become less specific, and if you get her intensely aroused the slightest touch will bring her to orgasm. 

I would recommend doing a combination of these techniques for a period of around 5-15 minutes before moving on to either penetrative sex (start with your fingers, always, even if just for 30 seconds or so), or stepping up the game to bring her closer to orgasm using oral sex and finger penetration together.
